When Life Happens …
SNAP Finance, a lease-to-own and loan company, wanted to make an ad campaign for connected TV (CTV or OTT) that would drive brand awareness. In this series of ads we wanted to take a humorous, but not over the top approach with situations that their potential customers can easily relate to while highlighting Snap’s most popular verticals for shop now, pay later.
With the 30-second main ad and two 15-second ads, we also wanted to show how easy it was to get approved through their phone app and website, whether at home or on the go.
There were several A/B tests with both the storyboarded concepts in pre-production, using focus groups, as well as several versions of the ads in post-production to find exactly what connects best with Snap’s customer base.
As a bonus, this campaign was also fortunate to win two Silver Telly Awards for the Online Commercials category including Business-to-Consumer (B2C) and Promotional.
